Meaning twelve in Italian, the name Dodici was chosen because twelve is apparently a significant number: twelve vibrations of tone, twelve hours a day, and is a central theme in many countries. This Italian eatery dishes up a number of pasta dishes, including spinach ravioli: classic spinach and ricotta stuffed ravioli with Rossini sauce.
