Cook Out is a dog-friendly restaurant serving fresh, never frozen hamburgers to Lexington locals and tourists alike. Visitors to Cook Out can head to one of its four outdoor tables to indulge in a milkshake alongside Fido. The restaurant's menu is made up of hot dogs, bbq, burgers, chicken dishes, corn dogs, quesadillas, hushpuppies, fries, and more. Forty plus premium milkshakes are available to top off your meal in flavors such as Peanut Butter Banana, Hi-C Punch, Chocolate Cobbler, and Reese's Cup. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside when you go in to order.

This location is kind odd. At the time of this review, there is only a walk up window. There is no inside seating, and they plan to keep it that way. They don’t even have a bathroom available at this time. Lots of outdoor seating with shade and umbrellas throughout. They don’t offer pup cups, so we opted for a plain burger patty.
