Prairie Kitchen and Bar is a dog-friendly restaurant featuring cuisine and decor "designed to reflect the natural resources and unique growing seasons of Minnesota." Visitors to the Kitchen and Bar can bring Fido and head to one of its eleven outdoor tables to enjoy a meal made from, fresh, locally grown produce, meat, grains, and dairy products. Prairie's menu is comprised of breakfast items, starters, soups, sandwiches, Roasted Chicken, Fish and Chips, Smoked Cheddar Mac and Cheese, and Minnesota Whole Lake Trout. Diners with a sweet tooth can indulge in S'Mores Cake, Peach Yogurt Cheesecake or Sweet Vanilla Pancakes, topped with aquavit bananas and local Izzy's cinnamon ice cream.
