John Hardy's Bar-B-Q has a couple of pet-friendly tables outside. In November 1972, John Hardy opened up his first restaurant. He prepared his own sauce and specialized in ribs cooked over a fire of cherry and applewood. Despite John Hardy passing away in 1986, the folks at John Hardy's are still cooking their meat the same way, over cherry and apple wood fires. They offer a menu full of BBQ favorites, including shredded pork, beef, turkey, chicken, ham, and ribs. John Hardy's Bar-B-Q is open Monday through Thursday from 10:30am to 9:00pm, Friday to Saturday from 11:00am to 10:00pm, and Sunday from 11:00am to 9:00pm.
