Known for its classic frozen custard, Abbott's Frozen Custard is a dog-friendly sweet shop serving Syracuse locals and tourists who visit Fay Rd. Dog owners with a sweet tooth can head to one of Abbott's one outdoor table to indulge in The Famous Cookie Sundae alongside Fido. The custard shop's menu includes cones, scoops, sundaes, splits, milkshakes, flurries, floats, and an array of toppings and sauces. Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside when you go in to order.
