Louie's Grill Fusion Restaurant is home to ten dog-friendly tables and made-from-scratch fusion food. The chefs blend recipes from Mexico, America, Cuba, Puerto Rico, and Italy, to make the dishes on the menu. In addition to serving breakfast every day of the week, the entrees for lunch and dinner include Ropa Vieja, shredded beef brisket slow cooked and seasoned with chipotle sauce.
