Gemma is a dog-friendly modern American bistro serving Dallas locals and tourists alike. Visitors to Gemma can bring their canine companion and head to one of its several small outdoor tables to enjoy--generally used for appetizers, however, its full menu is served as well. Gemma's appetizer menu includes Burrata, Mussels, and Veal Sweetbreads, topped with veloute, pickled peppers, frisee, and served with potato chips. The bistro's menu also includes a raw bar, salads, shared plates, vegetable dishes, and seafood, chicken, steak, pork, and duck entrees. Diners with room for dessert can indulge in Pear Semifreddo or Valrhona Ganache. Gemma is open Tuesday through Sunday from 5pm to 1am. Visit Website
