JumBurrito has three dog-friendly tables outside. Located on E 8th Street, the burritos from their kitchen are made from scratch and they claim they will get to your table fast. Every morning, they start the burrito process off by stewing fresh tomatoes and jalapenos for the salsa and mixing the flour that will later become tortillas. Their stew meat is a local favorite, their version of Mexican Carne Guisada: lean, bottom round beef, slow-simmered with chiles, onion, garlic, and salt. Additionally, their refried beans are made from scratch and simmered with light spices, the perfect topping for your beefy burrito.
