Dos Gatos Kolache Bakery proudly provides San Marcos with kolaches. They provide four pet-friendly tables for dogs and their owners. Kolaches are a type of pastry that traditionally holds a dollop of fruit in the center. Although Kolaches derive from Europe, you'll also find a number of pastries that utilize Texan flavors on the menu at Dos Gatos. These American re-imaginings are filled with lots of fillings, including jalapeno Polish sausage, vegetarian sausage, bacon and cheese, Italian meatball, and Philly cheesesteak. Dos Gatos Kolache Bakery is open Monday through Friday from 6:30am to 2:00pm and Saturday to Sunday from 7:30am to 2:00pm.
