Dogs are welcome at the Yellow Church Cafe. Although you can't drink alcohol outside, Fido can still join you at one of the four dog-friendly tables. Originally built in 1923 as a church for the German Lutherans, the big yellow building and the sloping roof will surely catch your eye. The seasonal ingredients on the menu are sourced from farms on the east side of Washington state and the chefs on hand focus on baking bread daily and cutting their own meat. You could get a taste of India with the garam masala crusted rack of lamb, served with roasted fingerling potatoes, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, and sauteed chef's vegetables. The Yellow Church Cafe is open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm and Friday to Sunday from 8am to 9pm.
