    Established in 1978, Seabolts Smokehouse is a family owned business with four dog-friendly tables outside. They have been voted the best place to eat on TripAdvisor in Oak Harbor. Their mainstay on the menu is a selection of fish and chips options, including halibut and chips, cod and chips, salmon and chips, oysters and chips, and calamari and chips. All of the fish and chips options are made from scratch and always wild, served with Seabolt's coleslaw and seasonal fries with a choice of tartar and chili lime tartar.
