One of the most popular choices is found on the Friday night menu, the All-U-Can-Eat fish fry features deep-fried pollock or baked haddock almondine. The regular dinner menu also includes the Garmisch Combination Plate, chicken breast, smoked pork chop, or pork tenderloin and a knackwurst or bratwurst sausage, served with a stuffed cabbage roll, sweet and sour red cabbage, and sauerkraut.
