Cafe Diablo offers fifteen outdoor tables to dog owners wanting to dig into a plate of Steak and Green Chile Lettuce Rolls while Fido lounges underfoot. The Cafe's menu includes dishes such as a Skirt Steak Quesadilla, Pomegranate and Chipotle Glazed Ribs, a Bacon Marmalade BLT, Pumpkin Seed Trout, Rattlesnake Cakes, Hellfire Shrimp, and The Diablo Salad.
