  Love, love, love this place!

  OMG! So pet friendly! This place is all about dogs! We enjoyed the fenced in patio with a glass of wine and the pups! Plenty of room for dogs to run and swim! We were not there on a night of food truck or music but were not disappointed! The ladies working that night were so friendly and loved our pups! So welcoming and happy to have us. We’ve planned another visit to Kalamazoo and around.an evening with music at The Thirsty Hound! Definitely a 5 bone review!

  Greatest place in Michigan?

  Maybe not, but it is definitely within the top 3, $7.00 usd will get your dogs access to every single section they have from 3 pm to 8pm, a place to swim, a challenge court, and usage of the dog toys, people seemed friendly, great if you are just passing through and need a place for your dog to stretch his legs. Will visit again when in the Kzoo...

  DOG-LOVER DELIGHT - INDOORS AND OUT!

  The Thirsty Hound is a unique gem. Set atop a small hill overlooking acres of a beautiful dog park, the Thirsty Hound is a cute, modern chalet-style tavern that offers a unique menu of both hot and cold drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), dog treats and lots of games! Can’t wait to come back in the summer for live music, food trucks and watching our dogs run around and take a splash in the pond.

  BEST DOG VENUE EVER!!

  Having trouble finding the words to explain how AH-MAZING this place is. The dog park is massive with a dock and pond for those swimmer dogs out there. The owner, staff and patrons are all so friendly. On our recent trip to the Kalamazoo area we ended each day at the thirsty hound as they serve Michigan Beers and wine. Also their dog treats and ice cream were a hit. We cannot wait to come back!

  Revolves around dogs!

  My dogs love this place and so do I! It's a dog community, sharing a building with a dog daycare and dog training. The patio overlooks a 20+ acre dog park, too! I love Tuesdays because they always have food trucks...yummy. :)
