All these two need now is a theme song.🤔 I’m feeling some Garth vibes...🎵I’d go hungry, I’d go black and blue, I’d go crawling down the avenue, No, there’s nothing that I wouldn’t do, To make you feel my love...🎶🦮
Yes! Frenchies are beautiful!! They also happen to be one of the most expensive dog breeds to buy at the price of $2,000!😳 Also due to genetics, French Bulldogs tend to have lots of medical concerns. The average healthcare cost around $4,300 during their life span. They make wonderful travel companions and if you can afford to do so, I highly recommend this dog breed! They’re good with kids, the elderly and they will make YOU deliriously happy!🥰
Fun fact for ya...French bulldogs are a talkative breed. They might not bark much, but Frenchies use a complex system of yawns, yips and gargles to convey an illusion of their own language. If you’re lucky enough...sometimes they will even sing along with you in the car!😉
While we waited for our food The Galley’s owners Jen and Matt stopped by our table for a friendly chat. She brought us delicious cucumber and blueberry infused water. How thoughtful! It is so smart! I never thought of adding thin cucumber slices to my water before but the flavor is so refreshing! The longer the water sat, of course, the more the flavor came through. Darn it! I should have ate the fruit at the bottom of the cup! I ‘dig’ stuff like that...next time I definitely will!😋
Mmm-mmm-good! My partner doctored his up with salt and pepper...it was exactly what he thought it would be. No disappointments here. He very much enjoyed his meal! Our food was super fresh and reminded me of my Mema’s home cooking! In fact, the last time I had tater-tot’s was when I was a little girl. The food had me feeling nostalgic, as it invoked memories from long ago. I can’t wait to come back to the Galley for breakfast again!
Scrum-diddly-umptious! I ‘pimped’ mine up with a ‘lil salt and pepper. The combination of the sweet glazed donut and the salt to complement the egg was fantastic! I would definitely order this again!
On Monday, July 13th I met my partner for breakfast at The Galley Restaurant. It was a little after 11:30 on a 90° sunny day.🌞 I was immediately greeted by a friendly hostess! My companion already had a table and I joined him. It was a great spot on the patio by the French doors that lead to the inside pick-up counter. There were two large elevated fans that helped cool me down after my five block walk. Ahhh!😌 Paige was our server, she was friendly, attentive and provided grand hospitality! What a sweetheart!! (Thanks for taking the time out to snap a few pics of us!)
The Galley purchased and presented hand carved wood plaques to the St. Michaels Police Department at an appreciation breakfast organized by The Galley Restaurant. The gifts were a big heartfelt thank you from the owners of The Galley to the police for their outstanding service. It’s important for all of us in the community to thank those who serve, those who have served and be mindful of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice to keep us safe.❤️👮♂️ Pictured from left to right: Chief Anthony Smith, Administrative Assistant Tiffany Sweeney, The Galley owner Jennifer Smith, the Galley owner Matthew Smith, PFC Kevin Rhodes, PFC Keith Johnson (recently promoted!)👏 and Captain Jeffrey Oswald. I applaud all of the SMPD Community policing efforts and I support The Galley! I love businesses that Back the Blue!❤️
Rosewood a local acoustic band playing outside at The Galley had me stopped in my tracks to snap a pic and steal a few moments of bliss. Sandy Ryder’s voice had me mesmerized with her rendition of Dusty Springfield’s song, Spooky. This evening Bud Rizer was on the keyboards (but is known to play a mean guitar and banjo), Dave Lyons was on Electric bass and Chip Norton was on lead guitar....Mark Gadson usually plays drums with the group but he must have had a night off. Sorry the passing heat storm⛈ foiled the fun, but the Galley has great cocktails to keep the party going!!🍹
Is it just me or when you come to a resort town by the water, this is just icing on the cake! Your food is served with these adorable seashell toothpicks! I’m a sucker for presentation! The owners have an eye for detail! Great choice!Love...love...love the seashell toothpicks!!!
