Guadalupe Cafe, located in Sylva, NC, is a unique eatery that serves up farm-to-table, Caribbean-inspired fusion cuisine. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your meal. Start off with an order of the Fried Plantains with tamarind ketchup, then chow down on the Mango Pork Tacos filled with slow-roasted Berkshire pork, cloves, ginger, and sweet mango, served with grilled local field greens, fried okra spears, and coconut rice. Or go for the Red Curry Shrimp simmered in organic coconut milk with ginger and garlic, served with mushrooms, peppers, carrots, basil, and cilantro, served over coconut rice with papadum. Guadalupe Cafe is open Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 9pm, and Friday through Saturday from 11am to 9:30pm (closed Monday).
