Temblor Brewing Company, located in Bakersfield, CA, is a casual brewpub that serves up a variety of delicious drinks and tasty eats. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your day. Start off with a cold beer, of course, and an order of the Chicharrones - seasoned pork rinds served with sliced lemon and spicy earthquake sauce. Next, chow down on the Bison Burger - a half-pound bison patty topped with bacon-apple jam, fried jalapenos, and mayo on a toasted brioche bun, served with cross-cut sweet potato fries. Or go for the Cajun Crab Cake Sandwich with two house-made panko-crusted cajun crab cakes, lettuce, tomato, and cajun remoulade on a hoagie, served with French fries. Temblor Brewing Company is open Sunday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm, and Friday through Saturday from 11am to 12am.
