Der Biergarten
Der Biergarten, located in Cary, NC, is a casual brewpub that serves up a variety of delicious drinks and tasty fare. Fido is welcome to join you at one of their pet-friendly outdoor tables while you enjoy your evening. Start off with a cold beer and an order of the Nachos topped with pulled pork, jalapenos, black beans, cilantro, onions, sour cream, and IPA queso. Next, chow down on the German Pork Burger - a half-pound of house-ground pork topped with sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and spicy brown mustard on a pretzel bun. Or go for the German Salmon - pan-seared salmon over roasted parsley potatoes and braised cabbage with a lemon dill cream sauce. Der Biergarten is open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 10pm, Friday through Saturday from 11am to 12am, and Sunday from 10am to 10pm.
