Mandy's is open Monday through Wednesday from 11am to 9:30pm, Thursday through Friday from 11am to 10:30pm, Saturday from 11am to 10pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 8pm.

note this review is for this specific location. there are a few locations but this one was the best. dogs are allowed inside or out. excellent food. we grabbed a bottle of wine, and ordered their gourmet salads. the staff was incredibly kind. they brought water for the dogs. we ordered cups of chicken for the dogs. our dogs even made friends with another little cutey on the patio.
