  Exactly what we were looking for

  We made a last minute decision to come beachside after an Orlando dog event. Our dog will quietly lay down at our feet (or go under a chair). He hopes for a taste of our food, but doesn’t beg. We have a pretty chill, old puppy and just wanted to enjoy a meal together where our pup was welcome. That’s exactly what we got in a prime location. They hooked us up with heaters on a chilly night. Food was fantastic, even well past regular dinner time. My drink was awesome! I didn’t try another, because we had to drive back to Orlando, but I’m eager to return and try another cocktail, so good!

  Best Dog Friendly Spot in the Port

  Great staff and food. The dog menu is no longer available but just order a side chicken breast no spices or kids menu. Live music most weekends.

  Most of the restaurants in the port are not dog friendly 😡 (wake-up)

  Never got service.

  We sat outside, our dogs got water, and after 20 minutes and not one person came to our table…we left and will NEVER go back.

  Uh Oh..new cook?? 😒

  We used to really enjoy taking our pup here because they had a great “Doggie” menu. I think there’s been a change of management or kitchen help because the food coming out for the pups is no longer what they advertise on the menu.
  The food comes out looking like plate scrapings. Just a mix of things such as cole slaw, some sauerkraut on occasion, mixed meats and an assortment of other such things.
  My dog has gotten sick the last two times we ordered food for her.
  No more ordering from the doggie menu and honestly the regular menu is way off in quality as well.
  Maybe a change in personal will help. We’ll give it a month or two before chancing another visit.

  Waterfront Patio

  we LOVE dog dining and Gator’s Dockside has a Dog Friendly waterfront patio. We loved the food and the view. We did have to wait but we are thankful they are one of the very few dog friendly waterfront restaurants in Cape Canaveral

  Great Location

  Welcomed our pup in waterfront seating and brought him a nice bowl of ice water. It was super hot but there was shade, and it’s to be expected when you need to sit outside.

  Perfect Location And Awesome Staff

  Such a great and welcoming staff. Awesome patio for a dog totally covered with fans. Coming back for sure!! They’re going to start doing a yappy hour for dogs. Sounds like a great idea! On the water too!
