  Accommodating Atmosphere

  This place was super accommodating for anyone dining with dogs. Outdoor patio seating is available for you and your pups. Upon being seated in the back patio, wait staff supplies water bowl for dogs immediately. Be aware, a live band may be performing if your furry friend in skittisish or sensitive to loud environments. Great human food too!

  Great place!

  We loved it - perfect spots for us and our doods - they loved it! Our waitress was pawesome. Food was great, outdoor space was wonderful.

  Outstanding barbecue

  We ate here based on it being dog friendly. The outside area was nice with shade and pretty plants. Our dog was able to lay by the table. What was surprising was the barbecue was wonderful. We highly recommend the smoked Reuben sandwich which would feed two people. They also brew their own very tasty beer.

  Tasty food, great beer, and ❤️ dogs!

  The girls, Eleanor and Daenerys, had a great time! The server brought them water before asking for our drink orders! The brisket, ribs, and sausage were great and the Mac & Cheese was to die for! The girls appreciated all the love and attention!

  The dog friendliest “dog friendly” place

  Four of us stopped in with 4 dogs and they were completely welcomed and treated to a bowl of water. Brisket and Reuben were soooo good and the Mac and baked beans were great sides. The beer was outstanding. Between the 4 of us we had a hazy, the hoppy daze (he was sad he didn’t get the hazy) and pineapple ciders. Highly recommend if you’re near the Marquette area.

  Great Open Space!

  Great open space for dogs. The staff are super friendly and the food was really good. Beer was just OK.

  Out Of Town Gem

  My family and I stumbled upon LSSB as we were making our way into Marquette for the first time to visit. We had our Frenchie with us, so we knew that stopping just anywhere wasn’t a possibility. We decided to drive through town to check it out, along with scoping out the local eateries. We soon found the town to be super busy, and not many offered large patio seating. We turned around and headed back to LSSB. Our pooch was welcome in their outdoor patio area, and was even given a water bowl soon after arrival. The service was great, and the food was enjoyable. The only issue I found was that there seemed to be quite a few flies that bothered us. Other than that, we left full and pleased. Beer was great, so that made it all worth it!

  Best service and food in Marquette!

  My husband and I were visiting from southwest Ohio, and we brought our poodle with us for dinner. Every single person we spoke to was so kind and genuinely interested in our stay and in our beautiful girl, Willow. We enjoyed thd best food of our entire stay here. The gouda mac and cheese was amazing...two dew claws up from Willow.

  Delicious and super dog friendly!

  After a quick Google search we were brought to Lake Superior Smokehouse Brewpub and we have absolutely no regrets! They were immediately welcoming of us when we mentioned we had our lab with us, we had the whole patio area to ourselves. The food was delicious, and if we lived nearby this would become a regular spot for us. Famtastic food and yummy brews coupled with dog friendly? A no brainer for us!

  Great place to bring the pup!

  Super dog friendly outdoor area, grassy so it's comfy for the dogs. Waitress brought the dog some water before she brought our drinks, first class service for our boy! Food was really good, we had the 3 meats and 3 sides and it was perfectly filling for two people. Definitely would come back!!!
