Penny's Diner

Small dogs that can be lifted over the fence are welcome at the pet-friendly Penny's Diner in Hearne, TX. Please note that this eatery is best for small pups as you'll need to lift your Fido over a fence, as dogs are not permitted to go through the restaurant to the patio. This classic, 1950s-style diner is open 24 hours and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner.
