The casual restaurant's menu features souffled eggs with bacon for breakfast, and bagel sandwiches, quesadillas, burgers, and hot dogs from lunchtime until closing time. Hawaiian ice cream made by Tropical Dreams is a main draw for locals and tourist with tempting flavors like lychee, macadamia nut, Kona coffee, and toasted coconut available to be scooped into a cone or cup. A country store and live music round out the offerings. The Kohala Coffee Mill is open daily from 7am until 6pm.

If you don't like kava, other menu items are available like vegan chocolate truffles, lillikoi shave ice, several flavors of fudge, and kombucha.
