The menu includes plenty of combos n' specials, beers, pop, and, of course, lots and lots of dogs, such as the Homewrecker: jalapenos, sauteed peppers and onions, nacho cheese, habanero, chili sauce, mustard, slaw, lettuce, tomato, and shredded cheese piled on a fifteen-inch, one-pound, all-beef weenie in a big bun. Eat the homewrecker in under twelve minutes and you get yourself a shirt. Hillbilly Hot Dogs is open Monday through Thursday from 11am to 6pm, Friday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm, and Sunday from 12pm to 5pm.
