Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is a pet-friendly ice cream shop in Hagerstown, MD, that welcomes leashed dogs at their outdoor tables. During your visit, be sure to get a pup cup from their partial dog menu for Fido to enjoy. They also have a convenient walk-up window.
