The carry-out store that Nick, Marc & Nicole Ciaffone originally founded in Lafayette Hill evolved into a highly successful full-service, 56-seat BYOB restaurant. In 2005, longtime friend Bob Devine partnered with the family to assist in day-to-day operations. In 2009, chef Ronal Pinto became a partner to expand and maintain From The Boot's high standards. Eric Poupard was promoted to General Manager of the thriving restaurant. From The Boot is still growing.
