The first Jimboy's Tacos opened for business in 1954. Back then, most people hadn't heard of tacos, but it didn't take long for the public and certain A-list celebrities, like the rat pack, to cotton on to their charms. At the location on Arena Boulevard in Sacramento, you and Fido will find 10+ dog-friendly tables outside. The signature taco, the first item to be sold in the food truck that started it all, containing fragrantly spiced ground beef, encased inside a grilled stone-ground tortilla with crisp lettuce, freshly shredded cheese, and a big coating of grated parmesan cheese on the outside, is still sold today. Over the years the menu has grown. Nowadays, they also offer burritos, plates, salads, nachos, desserts, and more! Please note that table service isn't available, so your dog will need to be tied up outside when you go in to order.
