Entry Requirements
Complete the following entry requirements to travel to Poland with your pet:
- Pet owners are allowed to bring up to 5 pets into the country with them, as long as they are all fitted with valid microchips for identification purposes.
- Dogs and cats under 3 months old are not permitted for entry.
- Pets must be vaccinated against rabies at least 21 days prior to travel.
- If you are traveling from outside the EU, you must obtain a valid health certificate from a licensed veterinarian that lists proof of vaccinations against rabies.
- Pets traveling from EU countries should be accompanied by a valid EU Pet Passport.
Quarantine Information
Pets traveling to Poland do not need to be quarantined if they meet all the necessary requirements listed above.
