Very cute little place

This was our pup, Echo (a 1 1/2 year old bernedoodle) had his first sleepover at a hotel/motel - and it did not disappoint. Very cute little place in front of the Wildwood sign. Echo had so much fun playing in the sand and ocean and then cuddling up on the bed with us after a nice bath.

Love this park!

This park is one of our absolute favorites! The community is incredibly friendly, and it's refreshing to see well-trained dogs with attentive owners who correct their behavior when necessary. Conveniently located nearby is a water fountain where you can refill your own water or hydrate your fur-babies. The park features a variety of obstacles perfect for training your dog and plenty of toys for them to enjoy. I highly recommend it! Our pup LOVES this park! All we have to say is word “park” and he gets excited.

Be Careful if You Go

I have been to many parks and dog friendly places since my boyfriend and I got our puppy - we’ve been camping, beach, Santa, hikes, trips, parks, etc..- And I can’t stand this one park. There are two sides: the small dog side and big dog side. The small dog side is great. Everyone is welcoming and WATCHES their dog/gets up and corrects their dog if they need to. On the big dog side there is ALWAYS a fight breaking out and the owners normally don’t go and get their dog. They normally will laugh and say, “Oh he’s just playing” while another dog is crying or trying to get away and you can obviously see that they are scared. I have even seen a man’s dog attack another man’s dog and then the man of the dog who initiated the fight picked up the dog that his dog was attacking by its neck! The owner of the dog that was trying to protect himself was mortified. And that was just one incident that I saw at this park. I have also seen this park used as a daycare -owners will leave their dog with no supervision. People also have used this place as a dumping site. There are MANY other parks - better parks you can go to that people respect each other, watch their dog/get up if they need to correct their dog, and have a good time. Dogs are babies. You can’t just leave them at a park while you run off to do errands, you cannot just sit there and call your dog and hope your recall works while your dog is attacking another dog and then say “Oh he’s just playing” and you cannot pick up another persons dog by its neck after your dog was attacking it. Go to a different park. This one is not worth it.

Such a fun trip!

We took our 16 month old pup to the beach/dog park at wildwood and it was such an amazing experience! Everyone was so nice and dog owners did a good job being respectful and watching their dogs! Our pup had such a fun time playing with other dogs, jumping in the waves, and living his best life! ❤️😊

Nice Walk & Picnic Area

We have taken our pup here a few times and each time it has been a nice experience! You can do a trail in the woods, walk along the cemented path for an easy going walk, have a picnic here…. There are also horses that you can go visit. Echo loves going to Ridley!

Great Beach - Hard to find parking

Last summer we took our at the time 6 month old puppy to this beach back in July 2024. We absolutely loved it! Our pup loved it! The only reason for the 3 stars is because of how hard it was to find parking. We would definitely go again this upcoming summer, or find a beach with better parking.

So cute!

We took our pup here for his 1st birthday and it was nothing less than amazing! Not only does Pet Friendly Dog Bakery have a delicious treats (our puppy LOVED his peanut butter cake and with a pup that has a sensitive stomach he had no problems eating the treat too), it also has an outside & inside play area for your fur-babies, and they were so friendly the second we walked through the door. They even surprised us with a little party hat and a candle! Highly recommend!!!!
