They are amazing. A nice cool area to chill in some AC and a great beer selection. The owner and staff are awesome and make you and your dog feel welcome.

The building definitely looks a touch rough from the outside, but the rooms are clean and the staff are nice. We have a 80 lb dog and the staff didn't bat an eye about his size. Next time we are in the St Louis area we will likely stay here again.

Booked a tour on the one day we had in Gatlinburg. Arranged our entire eveing, skipping out on other activities elsewhere so we could do the tour. 30 minutes before the tour, once we were already waiting at the meet up, they call and cancel. I get not having enough people, but not respecting our time by wating till the last minute to tell us was an inconsiderate move. There are other options for tours, go with them.
