Room was on the first floor, and easy to get in and out of. The room itself was bare bones furnished. Felt worn out, with the mattress extremely soft/lumpy feeling, the office chair had torn upholstery and the sheer curtains were filthy. Luckily were were only there for a short while….9 hrs.

Our room was. 1970’s Harvest Gold nightmare. The carpet had stains and a stand-alone dehumidifier was humming right inside the door as was the air conditioning. A chat with the desk clerk who said that all the rooms had dehumidifier...and noted that made the rooms smell good. The beds were quite firm, but at 4 am the dehumidifier started flashing a bright light signifying the water tank was full and I had no choice but to empty it.... needless to say I was not happy! In the morning I spoke with the desk clerk who said he could not offer any remediation, but I could talk to the manager when he arrives at about 11 o’clock. Needless to say, I couldn’t wait around for three hours...so I left as an unhappy customer. If the room we were given was an example of pet friendly, I’d suggest they try harder.
