Everybody there was so positive and helpful. It’s a very nice hotel on Mirror Lake. A perfect location for a dog. We walked around the lake every day!

The place was comfortable, well located, and had its own marina to take your furry friend out in a kayak on Mirror Lake. We will certainly return!

They love dogs at this hotel and don’t treat them like they’re a nuisance that we have to deal with. You’re so sweet and accommodating about everything.

Impossible to check-in remotely and room was not set up for guests. In the shower there was no soap, no shampoo, no conditioner in the wall container. Pool was not usable, ice machine broken and no one to help except for a very nice woman who lived next door. They need to get their act together and then it would be fine.

The Willows Motel is very nice and the grounds are perfect for walking your dog. The continental breakfast is full of wonderful fresh fruits and the Greek restaurant next door has excellent food and a discount is given if you show your room key. The office staff could not be friendlier and the same is true with the cleaning staff.

It is very sweet and very simple motel. Very clean and very comfortable and the grounds are perfect for walking your dog. The cleaning staff is very helpful and very nice. The check-in is virtual as is the checkout through Expedia, which is a good thing to know before hand. We will definitely be staying there again when we go up to the Berkshires.

Alpha Pet Resort is really fabulous. our dog spent the day there and was taken such good care of. He was very happy there and we got pictures of him playing with other dogs during the day and at the end of the day we got an evaluation of how he had spent the time there. When I went to pay the bill, they said that this was his welcome day because he not been there before and it was free. A wonderful safe place to leave your dog if you’re going someplace that you cannot take him or her.

The hotel was clean well laid out with a nice indoor and outdoor space. Check-in was easy. They immediately introduced themselves to our dog and they had a lovely outdoor place to eat and lots of greenery and plastic bags for taking your dog on walks. They also knew a lot about the area and where to go with our dog. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The house and the grounds are beautiful. They have lovely spots for dining inside and out so you can get takeout. And eat there with your pup which is great in the colder months. A very nice location and a communal kitchen area with a communal fridge for dog food or anything else you want to keep refrigerated.

This was a perfect stay. The room was very accommodating for people and their pets. The grounds were very nice for walking my dog. The desk was very helpful in answering questions. A great place to stay in that area if you are traveling with a pet!

We had a beautiful brookside room, very charming! The grounds are also quite lovely and plenty of places to walk your dog. Because it was a cold and rainy day when we arrived the restaurant at 1896 House had no outdoor seating. Because of that we had to leave our pup in his crate in our room while we dined. All good. I recommend it highly.

The hotel was fine and the location was great. Lots of grassy areas to walk your dog. Very friendly people working the desk. All good!

Room and facility very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Walls very thick so my schnauzer could not be heard when he barked, which was not very much, thankfully.
