There is a small grass area in the front of the hotel and a sign saying, "Please no dogs on the grass." So you will need to walk a bit to find a dog-friendly relief area. The rooms that are pet friendly are super small. If you upgrade to a bigger room you will be notified that a $100- $200 charge will be added for any damage that the cleaning crew identifies. The staff at the hotel are very nice and accommodating. The restaurant does not offer outdoor seating, no pets allowed in there so eat in the room or go to a pet friendly place. No pets allowed to be left alone in the rooms.

We arrived late after a long travel day and the patio was closed- by a few minutes. They were kind of enough to set us up a table out there because we had our Fur Girl.
It was raining quite hard yet this patio had many beautiful and large umbrellas so we are covered!!
Service was exceptional, as was the food. And they even cooked a chicken breast plain for our girl!!
Definitely will come again.

The Retro Inn is worth the stay with your pup. a nice-size fenced-in area with plenty of seating for the humans. Two grills available and even outdoor movie viewing area!! Rooms are comfy, maybe a bit dated but beds were comfortable. We liked the themed rooms, lots of retro memorabilia and even the large-sized chess set. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful.

Food is good.
Service was a little slow but very friendly servers.

It was very easy to walk the dog around the grounds. The location was good, especially for visiting the Canyon. Room was clean and comfortable.

Lots of grass for the pups to run and exercise. Although no fencing, but plenty of walking areas around. Super clean, friendly staff, comfy beds and linens, adequate breakfast. Nice picnic area out back.

The place is extremely clean. Super nice staff. Comfy beds. Everything a tired traveler and companion need. Perimeter has lots of grass for walks. No bugs that we saw as per previous review.
