I was told my dog was not allowed in the lobby, I was supposed to leave her in a hot car on an 85 degree day, that's not gonna happen. I was told to leave the lobby and walk around to the side entrance with my dog, again on an 85 degree day?? Desk clerk was very rude, I was told that dogs are not allowed on the elevator, even if you are handicapped. That doesn't seem legal. I was told to use the side entrance and the stairs. The A/C did not work in the hallways or staircase. Don't give us a room on the second floor if we can't use the elevator. I was told dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture, just where are they allowed?? Stayed here many times in past with no problems, but I will not be back. Pets are tolerated, but definitely not welcome.

Nice room, good breakfast.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was clean, good size. I had a queen suite. It had a bar area with a small sink and sofa. Dogs next room over were noisy, but can't blame hotel for that. Waffles for breakfast!! My little guy loved the bed.

Good location, All that you need to sleep and have breakfast en route to your final destination. Needs updating but no complaints. Food good at bar next door.

Very nice area to stay. Front desk was very welcoming. Good price for area. Clean. Had breakfast to go due to covid, no waffles
