Great fun tour with the pups!
The Spies of GeorgetownI absolutely loved this tour! Our tour guide was retired CIA, which made it even more interesting. Very informative and fun! We did the Spies of Georgetown tour - it was a great way to explore Georgetown with the pups and learn about the spy history of the area.

Awesome, fun tour with the pups!
DC GhostsThis tour was so much fun and very interesting! Full of political ghost history, and a nice walking tour of DC at night. Our tour guide, John, was amazing, and he was very accommodating with our 2 dogs. Highly recommend this for a fun evening out with the pups (and their hoomans too!)

Very dog-friendly restaurant!
Martin's TavernWe ended up at this restaurant after our Spies of Georgetown tour. The staff was very accommodating and friendly towards our 2 pups. Outdoor seating only on the patio, which was very nice. The food was very good!

Great hotel!
Kimpton Hotel Monaco Washington DC an IHG HotelThe hotel was beautiful, and centrally located within walking distance to all of the monuments and museums. The staff was extremely dog-friendly! There was no extra charge for pets either, which was great, and you can have more than one dog. But yu do have to sign a pet agreement when you check in that states all of the items they can charge you for after you leave - pet damage, extra cleaning, etc. The one that concerned me the most was that if the pet was noisy and other hotel guests complained, not only would you be asked to leave, but you might have to pay for their rooms as well if they were inconvenienced. Thankfully both of our dogs were extremely quiet.

Vibrant place to walk around!
RiverwalkThe actual boardwalk next to the river is very nice. The whole downtown area is very crowded with people, bars, restaurants, shops, and many dogs. Although it is a vibrant place to visit, make sure that Fido is ok with lots of people and noise, especially in the evenings with the rooftop bands. As in any crowded area, be aware of your surroundings for safety - we saw a few altercations going on with homeless people.

Tour Old WilmingtonLori, our tour guide, was fabulous! Not only did she keep us entertained with great stories about the history, she was very attentive to our dog. What a great way to spend a morning in Wilmington!

Great outdoor patio to chill out with Fido!
Flytrap BrewingVery nice craft brewery within a 15 minute walk from the riverwalk. Great outdoor covered patio to chill out with good craft brews! Nice area to have our dog relax out of the heat.

The Best Charleston History Tour-10amThis was a great way to learn about Charleston, and Mr. Cooper had lots of interesting stories. He even provided dog-friendly activity suggestions to us after the tour.

Very nice dog-friendly beach!
Bowman's Beach ParkGreat beach for families and dogs! The water close to the beach was shallow and great for playing fetch with our dog. We had a 30’ floating leash which allowed him to play but still enabled us to keep him tethered to us. It was a great long beach for taking walks and playing in the surf. Nice shower and bathroom facilities.

Great dog-friendly beach!!!
Gulfside City Beach ParkThis was one of our favorite beaches! Our Pomsky loved playing in the clear blue water. The beach was clean, it had great bathroom and shower facilities, and most importantly dogs were welcome there! It was a long beach and great for walking the dog in the surf.

Awesome tour!
Bad Kitty Haunted Savannah Pub CrawlWe took the tour on May 6, 2022, and had a fabulous tour guide (I’m sorry that I don’t remember her name, but she had a great Rosie the Riveter cat tattoo). She was an engaging, fun storyteller, and was very accommodating to our dog. She took us to several dog-friendly bars with haunted histories and really good drinks! Definitely worthy of a “5-Bones” rating and a great way to spend an evening out with our dog in Savannah!

Great outdoor seating on the riverwalk!
Huey'sOutdoor tables were right on the riverwalk, with some shade for our dog next to the building to relax in. Staff was really nice and attentive to our dog, bringing out a water bowl and several refills with ice cubes during our visit. The food was excellent! Must try the beignets! Very nice restaurant!

Duval StreetThis restaurant has a great outdoor deck, live music, and great food! The staff was fabulous and so attentive to our dog. It is a great place to casually kick back and relax with Fido! Definitely 5 bones!

Flipside Burgers and BarGreat food and atmosphere for both humans and dogs! Dogs are allowed on the patio, and they have a dog menu! Our waitress was great and was attentive to both us and our pup.

Great location and dog friendly!
The Circle Hotel FairfieldThe rooms were very nice, and they are very accommodating for dogs. It was nice to be able to travel with our dog and stay at a nice, affordable hotel in a great area. It is 3 minutes drive from The Flipside restaurant, which is also extremely dog friendly.
