took my GSD to and from Victoria on Ferries. couldn’t leave him in the car because we were pulling a trailer and put on bottom deck. too hot! walked him to the pet area, which is hot and gross. on the way there we found a spot at railing on 4th deck and sat. that was fine. on way back there was no railing so stayed in pet area. a drag - we couldn’t enjoy the views. it is located in the middle of the ship. :-(. if you are driving in car, then you can stay in the car with your dog with windows open. that’s the way to go.

Great campsite for dogs. 2 off leash areas.

super relaxed atmosphere. small creek to cool down. dog owners were very welcoming. came here thanks to a woman who met us at Canine cove and suggested it as an alternative spot after my dog got anxious. great choice
