We ate breakfast here after visiting Cade’s Cove. Breakfast was really good! Our dogs enjoyed hanging out on the patio with us. There are couple of shops in the same area as well.

I decided to meet in the middle with my rating.

For the dog friendly aspect based on my personal experience, I would give it 1/5 bones honestly. I asked for 2 pup cups and the employee said she wasn’t sure if the whipped cream was dog friendly. 2 other employees heard this and couldn’t confirm or deny if this was true. The employee told me I could go to the Starbucks location further down the strip for pup cups. She didn’t tell me there is another coffee shop in The Village Shops area. I just don’t understand how a “dog friendly” coffee shop has employees that don’t know if the whipped cream is safe for dogs or not.

I will say, I do appreciate her looking out for my pups and not wanting them to get sick. I still got a coffee here and it was really good!! The staff was polite and friendly as well. 5/5 for quality and service.

Overall, I would come here again if I don’t have my pups. If I do have my pups, I think I will try another coffee location.

I do hope other people have better luck with getting their dogs some pup cups here!

This is a very dog friendly restaurant. We were able to bring our dogs inside! They also have doggy meals that are $1-$2 each. They are ground up hamburgers. My 2 pups were happy with their food and were able to take a nap!

The trickles (aka fried pickle spears) and beer cheese were really good! However my fish and chips and my husband’s steak were just okay. We didn’t get any beer, but I believe some of the other patrons enjoyed the beer there. Also, there is not a bathroom in the restaurant. So, if you need to go or wash your hands, do so before arriving at the restaurant.

All in all, I would come here again for a quick meal, especially if we have our pups!

We were initially unsure if our pups could come. The staff took notice before we could ask and told us that they were more than welcome. The staff then brought our pups some treats. We got some chocolate chip cookies, s’mores, a rice crispy treat, and some dog ginger snaps. The dogs enjoyed the treats we got them, and we enjoyed the treats we got ourselves.

My dogs enjoyed walking around and smelling everything. We struck up a conversation with a gentleman that works there who is also a dog lover. You can see bears in the back for $3/person too!

We stopped here after visiting Three Bears General Store. We made sure that it was okay for our pups to go with us and the employee said it was! It was nice to sit down for a few minutes. They offer a variety of buckets to mine from.

This was a great place to visit with our dogs! Our 5 month old puppy enjoyed looking at the birds. We, along with some other guests, got tickled when a bird was barking at our dogs. There are a few areas that dogs are not allowed, which is very understandable. There are places to sit outside these areas, so my husband and I were able to take turns sitting with the dogs.

Please note: as the name implies, it is on a mountain. There are a lot of inclines, so just be aware if you or your dog have mobility issues.

This trail is very easy to walk. It has some pretty sights. There is a short trail to the road and Great Smoky Mountains National Park sign. Quick and easy photo op! My dog had knee surgery 2 years ago and it sometimes will still bother her after a long outing. She did not have any issues on this trail because it was flat and easy.

We immediately got sat on the patio. Our server opened the gate for my husband and dogs. The food was really good! They make their own BBQ sauce. It was soooo good! They also made some chicken breasts for our dogs. They brought out some for them as well. Please note: they did not bring us a dog water bowl, we had our own collapsible bowl.

The food here is pretty good. They are also very dog friendly. They brought out a bowl of fresh water for our dogs. We were able to order some unseasoned chicken breasts for our dogs. It was very nice to sit and let our dogs have some rest. It’s in a quiet alley area as well.

We were immediately greeted by an excited worker. She gave our dogs some love and treats! All of the staff was very welcoming. Our dogs liked being able to walk around and smell everything.

If you’re looking for a short outing with your dogs, this is a great place! One of my dogs had knee surgery about 3 months prior to our visit and it was perfect for her first outing! It’s a short trail but also beautiful and relaxing. About half a mile away is Bamahenge and a lake. The lake usually has a lady in the lake statue but as of right now it was damage in a hurricane.

I took my 2 dogs today for the first time. They were a little shy at first. There was a staff member outside encouraging dogs to play. He helped my 2 dogs eventually open up and start playing. There are a ton of tennis balls for dogs to play with, 2 pools, and some sprinklers. Waste bags were also provided. The water in the dog bowls and the pools looked fresh. I even saw another staff member change out the water on everything to help keep it fresh! Note: you must bring vaccination records every time you bring your dogs unless you have a membership.

There are a lot of options to choose from. Home made treats, different bird parts, toys, and bandanas!

My 2 dogs love coming here and running in a large area. The park is split into two areas. One side is for small dogs and the other is for medium/large dogs. Poop bags and trash cans are available. There is a 3 tiered fountain that has a water station at 3 different heights to accommodate both dogs and humans. There are pathways you can walk your dogs leashed too.
