Very dirty, bed looked like it had been slept in, refrigerator nasty, obvious smoking in non smoking facility plus overwhelming smell of weed. Can’t communicate with an actual desk clerk, just have to call someone using a wall phone in the foyer. Top that off with an overcharge that I’m having to work through to resolve, so don’t really have anything good to report.

Great lodge in the beautiful village of Blowing Rock! Very clean, quiet and comfortable!

Our stay in this mountain lodge was lovely. The location provided phenomenal views. Great amenities and nicely appointed. If you are not however high tech or like a personal touch, this may not be your best bet. All check-in is electronic, the emergency number is not answered nor messages responded to.

Great spot from which to experience Warm Springs.

So so lovely to lunch on the patio with my 2 service dogs. Food was great, service was great, they brought a bowl of H2O for each pup. Ambiance was five stars. Absolutely would come again and will recommend to family and friends!

Yes it is older, but well kept charming location right on the river within easy walking distance of so much! The fur babies and I were treated like royalty. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed here 2 nights, Fri & Sat. Fri night was great, Sat night was very noisy with lots of hallway traffic all night. Overall very nice stay with excellent cleanliness and very accommodating staff.

Everything was great! Room was clean and ambiance was sweet. There is some road noise during the day but w/AC on wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself was clean and quiet. Grassy areas for pets are adequate and tidy. The front desk staff were helpful and courteous. The only drawback was the woefully lacking breakfast bar, as is no coffee, no eggs, no oatmeal and a waffle maker too nasty to use.
