I stopped by 93 Octane on a January Saturday and dogs were welcome even at the bar! I sat in the closed in heated porch. Ordered beer and food. The staff were amazing and so were the people there. Definitely a place to bring your well behaved dogs.

Great beer and brats, good music and plenty of room to sit so if your dog is a bit reactive, you don’t have to be right by other pets. Loved the park!

This area provides 2 large fenced dog park areas (lg &sm dogs) plus the 3 miles of trails that are also fenced. Gravel trails minimize muddy paws. For the most part the dogs are well behaved and trained that frequent the park but if your dog is still learning, I suggest you utilize a long line because there is every size and breed on the trails. There is minimal shade in the summer and no water so bring your own.

This is a nice off leash park for all dogs. A few things to note:
1) it is 1 park and the off leash area is not separated by size. It is very large however , so dogs are not on top of each other.
2) it is a couple minute walk from the parking lot either via path by the ball fields or wooded path on the far side of the parking lot. Not easily accessible for someone unsteady walking.
3) no wash station for paws or water
4) the lake is outside the gated dog park but has a ramp for easy in/out
My dog loves it, she is a 30lb doodle.

This hotel was dog friendly and had a reasonable fee. The reason I gave it 3 bones is because there really wasn’t any green space for the dogs to relieve themselves except for the empty lot next door. While this would normally be ok, this hotel is in a residential area and there are homes surrounding it. In addition, the cleaning agent in the room was very powerful and irritating which would be less problematic if there wasn’t residue in cracks and crevices in the room.

This hotel is fantastic! The staff is very friendly, the dog rooms have pergo-like flooring, rooms are large, and the outdoor space for the dog to walk and run are on all sides of the hotel. Great grassy areas! The food nearby is also great. I had a burger from Jacks Chophouse and it was fantastic!

The reviews on this hotel were accurate. There is plenty of green places for pups and areas to walk. The hotel was very friendly to pets and the rooms were nice. There are tons of restaurants in the area in addition to what was at the hotel. One other thing I noticed, the rooms are very quiet. This was great because normally my dog hears every noise, door and pet and is very nervous. Here she barely heard noises.

The Broken Banjo RV park is a great place to stay with pups! If you don’t have an RV or a tent you can stay in a cabin. The cabins are clean and have heating and air conditioning. My last trip in Jan 2024 I stayed in a cabin with a kitchen and bathroom. To me, it was way better than a hotel. There is a dog park as well as a giant field with walking path for exercise. The campground is conveniently located off the highway but you still feel the serenity of the woods. Nearby are gas stations, food and Starbucks.

The only place your dog is allowed is the front porch which is in the parking lot. They aren’t allowed inside while you get your drink. The drinks are good but who wants to sit in a parking lot next to the road.
