Lots of trails. We found a little stream.. even took a short dip in river next to beach area ( no dogs on beach). It was 10/12 miles out of our way but well worth it!

We had wanted to visit the blue eyed crab, but they didn’t open till 4pm. So we stopped here for lunch. Parking in their designated area free 👍. Good menu selection, patio eating a plus. We brought treats & food for my dog enjoyable, reasonable prices.

We stopped here for lunch after visiting WorldsEnd. They brought a water bowl out right away- without us even asking! Great service. We had lobster and we ordered a burger for our dog. 👍

We enjoyed the paved walking trail- a very nice stop for some stretching and exercise on our road trip.

Great place to stay. Room was fantastic, staff friendly, breakfast good but pet fee was excessive in my opinion -- $150 😱Probably won’t stay there again because of that, but this trip was a special circumstance.

Friendly, knowledgeable, compassionate. I truly appreciate the availability of self wash and grooming services. Reasonable prices.

we had a great time.. unfortunately temperature was in 80 ‘s. this would be the ultimate fantastic dog park if they had a swimming hole. but by far a great place to visit!

Disappointed that 1st floor rooms were for smokers. But 2nd floor room was good, bed very comfortable and good walking areas for dog.

We stopped here again on our way to Virginia. My pup must remember our last stay because she ran right into the lobby and down the hall to ‘our room’. Unfortunately we had a different room this stay, but just as nice as previous visits. Nice walk around the area both evening and early morning. Clean rooms & friendly staff.

We stopped the Saturday before Easter. beautiful weather and a nice artificial turf are alongside outdoors with picnic tables. my brother, his wife and dog, me and my dog. several other people and 2 more friendly, well behaved dogs joined us. nice conversations. I recommend. 🍻

we stopped the Saturday before Easter.. my brother, his wife and dog and me and my dog. we totally enjoyed sampling different wines, sangria, apple brandy😋 and hard cider. service was very friendly and excellent. Our dogs enjoyed fresh water and sitting in the sun

we came back for a return visit and were not disappointed- we walked some paved trail as well as along the river. very nice morning spent exploring this beautiful park.

I have never been disappointed in Candlewood stays. Great value for price. Syracuse is no exception, highly recommend.

Apparently we stayed at this motel on a previous trip; it looked very familiar when I checked in. I remember I wanted the bed by the window and my dog took it right away and wouldn't switch (then and now) also I recognized car dealership and a molly maids office on our evening walk! Glad I re-picked a “great one” from BringFido! Clean, friendly, great value!

We totally enjoyed our brews on the patio.. and my pup even got a treat from staff! Everyone very friendly 👍

a little hard to find- entrance overgrown with trees… car dealership gone.
large fields - great hiking trails and lots of water access.

Awesome beach. we visited end of April - too cool for me to enjoy the water but my dog didn’t care! great trails too.
