The dog-friendly Whitefish Dunes State Park, located in Sturgeon Bay, WI, welcomes leashed pups to enjoy a section of the beach with their humans. The pet beach access is about a 0.75-mile walk from the parking lot. To reach this area, walk your pet from the parking area down the Red Trail and then onto the beach. Dogs must be on a leash no longer than eight feet at all times. A state park vehicle admission sticker is required for entrance to the park. Pets aren't permitted on the section of the beach from the nature center to the third beach access from April 1st to November 1st. Visit Website
