A haven from the freeway. Easy access. Clean and quiet. Management has a well groomed green space.

Disappointing. Blah staff, noisy first floor pet-friendly room on side street side where loud trucks pass thru adjacent gas station all night. Corner of bed smelled like dog urine. Weird narrow parking lot. Room furniture beaten up. Upside, lovely lobby lounge and big breakfast area. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Quiet and clean! Friendly staff. Very sweet village within walking distance.

Easy access, quiet, clean, pleasant staff, nearby gas station, enough green space for dog walk.

For several years this is by far my favorite stop driving across country (single female senior). Clean, quiet, good value, safe, friendly staff, grass for dog, and a Cracker Barrel nearby.

Good enough but I won’t choose to stay here next time. Friendly professional staff, grass yard for dog near front desk and clean room. Sadly this place is in a part of town that feels unsafe and somewhat abandoned except for noisy buses and busy hospital. The rooms have doors open to walkway and the doors are old so light and noise streams in. Not right off highway. Seems overpriced compared to other cross country stops. Unfortunately not a comfortable stay for this single female senior.

Decent stay for the price. Inside hallway room doors. Quiet. Felt safe walking around the hotel. Gas station next door. Room a bit outdated with carpet.

Very decent stay for single senior woman and small dog. Clean room; felt safe. Arrived and left in the dark so not sure what surrounding area was like. No microwave in room but available in lobby as well as vending machines.

Definitely good value. Clean, safe, quiet. Nice grass on backside of hotel and neighborhood walking.

Beautiful and safe dog friendly neighborhood. Welcoming host with abundant snacks and breakfast. Clean and quiet. Room had fireplace and exquisite woodwork trim. Definitely old school Victorian vibe so if you are looking for ultra modern this is not the place for you.

Mixed feelings about Aloft. Good points - easy to get to, edge of property clean and grass to walk dog. Not so great aspects for single senior traveler with dog; wrinkled sheets suspect not fresh, shower stall needed a scrub, lobby more like a hang out for young adults, bar area noisy at night past midnight, lobby like game room with pool table being used after 9pm and again at 9am. For me, anticipating simple modern atmosphere ended up being a confusing situation for hotel stay, but for a young person might be best option. Staff ok but young and seems like they need to go to hospitality school.

Clean, quiet, spacious room and bathroom. Snacks for purchase in lobby. Easy access from highway even though not on highway. Worth getting away from highway and having a quiet room. Only bummer is the high pet fee.

Cozy queen beds, great water pressure, clean dog corral, access to fridge/freezer, morning coffee and snacks in lobby. Easy walk to Del’s delicious meals, mini pet store. Friendly staff, clean, quiet… not enough room to list all the great aspects. Trust the great reviews.

Room clean. Totally ok for one night on a long journey. Definitely a noisy location close to freeway. Looks like managers are trying to tidy up location.

Room clean. However, really noisy location adjacent to freeway, gaps in old windows and doors. Managers look like they are trying to clean up. Single woman traveler felt safe.

Extra surprise that motel is on the Erie Canal. Would definitely book here again.
