Jess Martin County Park
Jess Martin County Park is a dog-friendly, 9-acre community recreation area in Julian, CA. This park allows leashed dogs to walk with their owners on the exercise path and romp off-leash on the fenced-in T-ball field. Fido is only permitted on the field from the beginning of August to the beginning of February when games are not in progress.
