Algiers Point Canal Street Ferry

The dog-friendly Algiers Point Canal Street Ferry in New Orleans, LA, brings small dogs and their owners back and forth across the Mississippi River. Dogs must travel in a carrier and the carrier must fit on the person’s lap. The ferry leaves Algiers Point every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour, and leaves Canal Street every 30 minutes at a quarter until and a quarter after the hour.
