    Rincon Park (County of Santa Barbara) is a park on top of the bluffs, with picnic ramadas and a hiking trail. There is also another trail, and also a separate set of stairs which lead down to the beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach North of Rincon Creek. Your pet is welcome to join you at this fun park, as long as they remain on-leash. Dogs are not allowed on the beach South of Rincon Creek (Ventura County). Visit Website
