Meeker Island Dog Park
The Meeker Island Dog Park in St. Paul, MN features a large dog run and dog beach. There is no fence surrounding the park, which is bordered by the Mississippi River and the steep river bluffs. Dogs that are under control are allowed to run off leash as long their owners are in sight at all times.
