The International Water Lily Garden is a great place to be outside in nature with Fido in San Angelo, TX. This small, beautiful water lily garden is located inside of Civic League Park. There are three rows of raised concrete ponds full of water lilies to walk around. Keep Fido leashed and clean up after him.
