I love going to this dog park, my pup loves it too! not to mention all the owners are really in control of their dogs and friendly! 😁

We visited the fenced area on the east end. Our dogs enjoyed exploring in this park. We appreciated options for keeping our older smaller dogs separate from more active dogs. Very clean except for a few spots where visitors failed to pick up. Nice shaded picnic table for humans.
- SavannahAug 7, 2018Park is huge and has a great trail system attached to it
We take our guys here all the time, especially now that our older dog runs with me. Bf will stay in the dog park with our puppy while I run with our lab, then we switch and he runs while the dogs play. They have lights in the small dog area that will blink when your sections light is about to go out (if they go out it takes about 15 mins for them to come back on)
- ChrisMore than a year agoIt's alright, not really any better options.
This park is nothing special, but it's probably the best choice locally, especially if you want to avoid a park with open water access that your dog might go swimming in. There is enough room for dogs to run and a small agility set (though someone broke the see-saw). The park is divided into a small dog park and two large dog parks. Each section has its own shaded are and a place to sit. Trash cans are provided for poop bags, and when they aren't out poop bags are also available. Fountains are provided for both people and dogs, though I wouldn't recommend drinking from the people ones, I have seen some people put their small dogs in it to drink from. These do get shut off during the winter, so then you'll have to bring your own water. There are even lights for each section if you're there before sunup or after sundown. There is usually a lot of poop to watch out for though (so many people don't pick up after their dogs...), and sometimes people bring their unneutered dogs that tend to get quite pushy causing us to have to go to one of the other sections or leave.
