Leashed dogs are welcome on pet-friendly hiking trails throughout Meshomasic State Forest in Glastonbury, CT. This isolated forest is relatively untouched, other than a few gravel roads around the area, which leads to a wonderful wildlife habitat for a number of species. You can bring your pooch with you as long as they are on a leash under 7-feet in length.
