    Dogs are allowed to join their owners at Mississinewa Lake in Peru, IN. This pet-friendly flood-control reservoir is ideal for recreational boat users and anglers. There are six marked trails in the park that dog owners are welcome to use with their pooches alongside them. Ornithologists and wildlife lovers will be amazed by the views from the hiking trails that weave through expanses of forests, prairies, and farmland. If you plan on bringing Fido with you to the lake, remember to keep them on a leash under six feet for the entirety of your visit. Please note that pets are not permitted on the beach. Visit Website
